Sarah Hiscutt is a Partner in 51ÂÒÂ×’s Planning team and has over 13 years’ experience working as a planning consultant. Sarah has acted for a diverse range of private and public sector clients to enhance the value of their land and assets.

Sarah has a proven track record of delivering a variety of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects of varying complexity, including strategic and major residential-led, mixed-use schemes; estate regeneration and master-planning within London and the wider south-east region.

Sarah’s primary focus is complex residential and mixed-use urban regeneration projects, primarily within London. Her work involves advising on planning strategy and project delivery.

Her specialities include planning strategy and the identification of development potential; leading on the negotiation of planning permissions; providing strategic planning and development advice; directing the co-ordination of major projects and multi-disciplinary design teams in preparing planning submissions; and technical advice including expert witness.
