A dual-qualified US and UK lawyer, Mary brings unparalleled expertise in steering financial and professional services firms, including as UK CEO of ‘Big Four’ accountancy firm KPMG‘s non-audit business. Earlier senior positions include with insurance broker Willis Towers Watson and the UK’s Financial Services Authority (now part of the Financial Conduct Authority). ). She is currently Chair of the Audit Committee of Hargreaves Landsdown and serves on the Board of Carne Group.
