Based in Bath, James has over 10 years of experience selling new homes, residential apartment blocks and land with residential planning consent in the South West region.

He advises clients at every stage of the residential development process, from the pre-application stage through to build completion. While he predominantly deals with residential developers, James has also worked with appointed receivers, assisting in the disposal of residential property.

His career highlights in Bath city centre include the sale of a 13-apartment block on behalf of a local charity to a developer for over £3m and the individual sale of 38 residential apartments with a total GDV in excess of £20m on the behalf of a London-based investor. Another notable transaction is the land sale of eight houses in Upper Weston, Bath with planning consent which sold for a sum of over £1m.
