Becca is a Surveyor in the Residential Development & Investment Valuation team and based in the Leeds office. The majority of Beccaās experience is in the valuation of residential investment portfolios and residential development. Becca assists in the preparation of Red Book valuations, strategic advice, and recurring fund valuations to a range of clients including banks, developers and pension funds.
