Alex began working as a Management Surveyor in 2015, whilst working towards his MSc in Real Estate Management and enrolling with the RICS. Alex achieved his MSc in 2018, and subsequently became a Chartered Surveyor in 2020. In total, Alex has over eight years’ experience in the real estate sector and over five as a Management Surveyor.

Alex started working alongside David Charlton in 2015, within the Commercial Property department of the Mainstay Group. They continued to work together, having both joined 51ÂÒÂ×’s Birmingham Property Asset Management team in 2018.

Alex’s experience lies in the management of office, industrial and retail schemes, whilst he also has experience of managing mixed-use assets. His clientele features high net worth individuals along with national funds.
