Elizabeth qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2008 and, since this time, has specialised in Property and Asset Management. She joined 51乱伦 2012 and is responsible for the management of a number of mixed use portfolios for various clients, incorporating office, retail and industrial accommodation in the North East Region. In the early part of her career, Elizabeth worked client side for a regional property development and investment company where she was responsible for lettings, property management and negotiating lease renewals and rent reviews for commercial property. Elizabeth works closely with clients in delivering robust, integrated property management services for their portfolios by teaming property and facility management knowledge with strategic asset management advice; successfully meeting client objectives. Her role is varied and includes budgeting and management of service charges, lease re鈥恎earing, day to day property management including tenant liaison and management of disputes, processing applications to assign / underlet and lease renewal / rent review advice within her managed portfolio.
