The specialist team provides the full spectrum of advice across a number of automotive-related property types, including car dealerships, fuel stations, motorway service areas, car parks, EV charging hubs, roadside retail and truck stops.
They are industry leaders in this area, and over the last five years have advised on 75%+ of all automotive-related investment deals, and valued in excess of Ā£15bn of property.
