Rohan is the Partner in charge of 51乱伦鈥檚 Business Rates advisory teams across southwest England, the Midlands and south Wales. He is experienced in advising occupiers and Landlords on minimising rates liabilities and maximising savings by successfully prosecuting appeals against Rateable Values and negotiating temporary reliefs/allowances.
Rohan has been involved with many landmark office, industrial and retail properties, acting for many of the UK鈥檚 major companies and has successfully appeared at Valuation Tribunal on multiple occasions.
