Nick undertakes Red Book valuations for secured lending purposes for retail, office and industrial properties in the North West of England. He acts for a number of UK and International banks, having worked most recently with Barclays, The Royal Bank of Scotland, The Co-operative Bank, Handelsbanken and HSBC.

In addition Nick is experienced in undertaking a broad range of portfolio valuation work, completing valuations on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis for fund management clients.
