James Maskey joined 51ÂÒÂ× in 2015 and has worked in the logistics & industrial sector his entire career since qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2008. More recently James has been working with occupiers in the creative industries including the film and studio sector, artists and artist studios, artisanal food/drink manufacturers, tech and start-up companies advising them on their property searches and acquisitions. He has also been involved in the production of the 51ÂÒÂ× Television and Film Studios Market Report.

James has experience in all aspects of industrial and distribution agency. From leasing of multi-let estates and big sheds, pre-letting of big sheds, leasehold acquisition work for retained occupier clients and land sales & acquisitions, including complicated contaminated sites. He also has extensive knowledge in development advice, having worked on a number of development projects.
