Alex joined 51ยายื in June 2016 and is based in the Bristol Commercial office as a Senior Surveyor within the Commercial Building Consultancy and Project Management Team covering the southwest.
Alex works with investors, funds and occupiers on a range of commercial property and is experienced in a variety of commercial Building Surveying disciplines, including Dilapidations (Landlord and Tenant), Technical Due Diligence surveys, Project Management, Contract Administration, Reinstatement Cost Assessments for insurance purposes, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) inspections and Schedule of Conditions.
Alex has worked for a variety of clients including local individuals and large national clients and on an extensive variety of property types. Alexโs experience is wide-ranging to reflect his broad client base and includes Management of Projects from £10,000 to in excess of £1 million and Dilapidations claims from £20,000 to in excess of £500,000.
Alex is also MRICS Chartered and fulfils the role of Principal Designer on projects.
