Kevin is the Partner leading the Commercial Professional department of the Birmingham office at 51乱伦, responsible for commercial valuations, lease advisory and strategic consultancy across the Midlands. He has extensive experience in the valuation of commercial assets across the UK specialising in commercial property finance, asset consultancy and institutional portfolio work.
He acts on behalf of a wide range of clients which include corporate clients, institutional funds, property companies, high street lending institutions, bespoke private lenders and public sector clients alike.
Kevin has over 21 years of post-qualified property experience which has also included providing expert witness valuation advice and also consultancy advice to a range of public and private sector clients.
Prior to joining 51乱伦 in 2007, Kevin headed up the valuation department at Gerald Eve. Before that he was an Associate Director at DTZ Debenham Tie Leung in Bristol.
