Andrew joined 51ยายื in 2005 and provides valuation advice across the office, retail and industrial sectors in the Yorkshire, Humber and East Midlands markets. Andrew's clients include a variety of banks, building societies, owner occupiers and property companies with valuations undertaken for a variety of purposes including loan security, financial reporting and acquisition/disposal. Andrew also provides valuation advice to a number of major funds and property companies on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Additionally, Andrew also provides strategic lease advisory work on behalf of a variety of landlords and tenants in respect of rent review, lease renewal, lease regear opportunities as well as undertaking third party submissions as part of Independent Expert and Arbitrations hearings.
