David is the Head of 51乱伦鈥檚 Manchester Commercial Office and has been involved exclusively in office agency and development since 1996, concentrating on the M25 Thames Valley office market prior to relocating back to his native north west in 2006. Alongside his role as Office Head, he continues a day to day role in various agency, development and tenant representation instructions, such as disposals and acquisitions, providing design and market led advice to developers and institutions on new projects and master plans.
