51ĀŅĀ× is proud to have been named winner of āDeal of the Year ā Retail, Hospitality & Leisureā at the Property Awards 2025, held on 1 July at Grosvenor House, London.
The award recognises 51ĀŅĀ×ās role in advising Landsec on the £400 million sale of its UK hotel portfolio to Ares Managementāa landmark transaction comprising 21 hotels, completed during a period of significant market uncertainty.
The deal marked Ares Managementās strategic entry into the UK hotel sector and stands as one of the largest hospitality transactions by value in 2024.
