Robin joined 51ÂÒÂ× in 2013 and was promoted to Associate in 2014. Robin is responsible for managing central London assets on behalf of private investors and funds. He has an in-depth knowledge of day-to-day management issues such as service charges, health and safety, licence for alterations applications and leases alongside providing strategic Landlord & Tenant advice on commercial assets. Over the past 4 years Robin has also overseen the refurbishment and replacement of office receptions, lifts banks and M&E plant.
