Rick has a wide experience of trading assets both from operational and investment purposes. He has provided consultancy advice for both corporate & private operators, banks, institutions and funds in the valuation, acquisition and disposal of trading care homes, specialist (acute) care homes, private hospitals, care investments and C2 development sites, pharmacies and GP/Medical centres. Further work has included the valuation of special schools and day nurseries. Rick has a good understanding of the specialist adult care sector including locked and unlocked mental health assets and acute private hospitals.
