With in excess of 10-years’ post qualification experience, areas of expertise are pre-acquisition surveys of trophy office buildings and large-scale office and industrial estates. Landlord and tenant dilapidation claims are also areas of particular expertise with prosecution and defending in excess of £1 million worth of claims respectively. Design and Project Management services, party wall, defect diagnosis reports form part of day-to-day client led services.
