Mike is a proven leading property management executive with over 25 yearsā experience, both as an in house Facilities Manager and as a Portfolio Director, in the London market with significant facilities and property management experience with winning and transitioning large scale portfolios.
Prior to joining 51ĀŅĀ×, Mike helped project manage the relocation of The London Stock Exchange from Old Broad Street to Paternoster Square. Here he met Broadgate Estates where he worked as a Portfolio Director for over 10 years. His clients included St Martins, Delancey, British Land, Aberdeen Asset Management, Oxford Properties and Land Securities.
