Mike recently advised Patrizia on the disposal of two prime office assets, one in Amsterdamās South Axis, selling for c ā¬130m to Aviva Investors and the second was a prime office tower in Brussels let on a long term lease to the government. The asset sold for approximately ā¬230m to Union Investment.
