Lizzie is equipped with a specialist knowledge of historic buildings having gained a Batchelors Degree with Honours in Architectural Studies, Master of Science in Historic Building Conservation and accreditation with the Institute of Historic Building Conservation.
She has over 8 yearsā of experience working in the building surveying industry, working for private and commercial clients. Since joining 51ĀŅĀ× she has also been managing property portfolios of agricultural, residential and commercial assets.
She is skilled at undertaking reinstatement cost assessments for insurance purposes, building condition surveys and producing detailed specifications of works for historic properties that require a more sensitive approach to repairs and maintenance.
