With a focus on build to rent valuations, Kitty has extensive experience in valuing multifamily and single-family housing nationally including in Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham and London.

The wider Residential Investment team operates throughout the UK and offers expertise in every aspect of residential property investment, with a specific focus on institutional PRS investments, individual tenanted blocks, residential portfolios, mixed use investments, regulated and assured tenancies, reversionary Interests, HMO’s, hostels, ground rents and serviced apartments.
