Keith is Head of the Business Rates Service Line, overseeing rating work in London and the Regional offices. He has built a strong team which operate under his innovative and proactive approach to this service.
He has a well established reputation within the industry and is regularly sought to advise representative industrial bodies such as BPF and FIA. He is frequently quoted in the media and property press including the FT. He also lectures graduates in Rating and Rating Law as part of their learning program.

Keith tends to lead by example and continues to act on some of the more complex rating cases in the industry. Most recently he secured a landmark win at Tribunal on the analysis of complex rental transactions which was widely reported in the media throughout August 2012. He continues to be the key client relationship manager for his established clients and ensures that all rating work within the service line is carried out to highest standards

With over 25 years in the rating industry, Keith has extensive experience having advised some of the leading organisations in both the public and private sectors.
