Katrina is an Associate within the Professional Department in the Edinburgh office. Katrina graduated from the University of Aberdeen with a RICS and RTPI accredited Master of Arts Degree in Property & Spatial Planning and subsequently completed MRICS status in 2009. Katrina predominantly works within the Valuation Department in Edinburgh and is involved in undertaking a mix of loan security work for the main clearing banks and monthly and quarterly valuations for fund clients, including PRUPIM (M & G Property Fund), Hermes, Legal & General, Blackrock and Mass Mutual. Katrina has experience in valuing assets across the main commercial property sectors.
