Kathryn is a Salaried Partner in the Commercial Division with 15 yearsā experience in the UK and London markets; she joined 51ĀŅĀ× in 2008 and worked in London Office Agency before joining the Asset Management division.
Kathryn has been involved in a variety of instructions across the UK while specialising in all London submarkets where she acts as a key advisor, providing strategic consultancy advice to some of the industryās most respected institutional landlords and developers. Key instructions include Holborn Links Estate for Tristan Capital Partners, Aeriumās Mayfair portfolio including Herbal House, 47-48 Grosvenor Street and 24 Savile Row and some key landed and modern estates that Kathryn has worked on include; Grosvenor Estate, International Quarter London, Stratford, Devonshire Square, City of London and APMLās Knightsbridge Estate.
