Kathryn is Head of Asset Management and a Partner in 51ĀŅĀ×ās Commercial Division, leading a multidisciplinary team advising on £4.5bn of assets under management. With over 18 yearsā experience, Kathryn provides strategic asset management advice nationally, with particular depth across London and all major subāmarkets, working crossāsector on offices, retail, education and mixedāuse portfolios.
She advises a broad client base including institutional investors, private equity, family offices and bank lenders, supporting both singleāasset and multiāasset mandates. Kathryn leads the delivery of integrated, commercially focused strategies encompassing transactions, development, leasing and longāterm value creation, maximising capital performance and sustainable income.
Kathryn acts as the senior point of accountability for clients, ensuring clear governance, consistent decisionāmaking and disciplined execution across complex instructions.
Beyond individual mandates, Kathryn plays an active role in wider placeāmaking and strategic initiatives. She is a Director of the Baker Street BID and a member of the NWEC Steering Group, supporting longāterm urban, economic and communityāled outcomes alongside commercial performance.
