Jamesās key client instructions are varied and include strategic estate management and unique projects. His expertise is wide-ranging having advised corporate clients with land on urban fringes throughout his career to date.
James is a business leader in Natural Capital, including Biodiversity Net Gain. He is a member of 51ĀŅĀ×ās Nature Working Group as well as an ESG Ambassador. He represents 51ĀŅĀ× within the thought-leadership focused Whitehall Group and is a Member of the Cambridge University Land Society.
James also enjoys a mentoring role within our Rural Consultancy team, being an APC Counsellor to several of the firmās Graduate Surveyors.
