Henry Wyld joined 51ĀŅĀ× in 2009, and having spent the first 5 years in the National Office Leasing team, Henry moved across to do National Office Capital Markets in 2014. Henry proactively advises a broad range of clients on both office acquisitions and disposals, with a particular focus on the Greater London, South East and core Regional markets. His clients range from UK Institutional Funds, US Private Equity firms through to Private High Net Worth Individuals.
With specialist knowledge in the office sector, Henry not only identifies long term office locations and opportunities, but is also now leading a new Strategic Property Performance initiative focusing on providing specialist bespoke advice to clients who may be considering alternative use potential for existing holdings in order to maximise value and liquidity.
Henryās current clients include L&G, M&G, Columbia Threadneedle, BlackRock, Kennedy Wilson and CBREIM.
