Over the last few years, the team have sold several landmark assets, including Dolphin Square in London comprising over 1,200 apartments, and advised Ares on its significant c.拢750m investment into Wembley Park.
Guy joined the Residential Investment team in 2012 and has been particularly active on operational build to rent opportunities representing a broad range of clients, including some of the largest residential landlords in the UK, such as Legal & General Investment Management, Grainger, M&G and Lloyds Living, amongst many others.
