Emily joined the Newcastle office in 2015. She has over 12 years experience in the North East commercial property market specialising in landlord and tenant with over 4 years experience of running the Lease Advisory service line.

Acting on behalf of both landlords and tenants, she negotiates rent reviews, lease renewals and lease restructures on a range of commercial properties throughout the north east, as well as providing related asset management advice and Expert Witness services.
