Eddie is a Partner in the European Capital Markets team based in London and has over 12 years’ experience in commercial real estate investment having successfully closed in excess of €7bn of transactions across Europe. Within the team, Eddie solely focusses on the European Industrial and logistics sector and is the European lead for 51ÂÒÂ×’s logistics business across Southern Europe. Eddie is a qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and holds a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Investment.
