David has extensive experience in the fields of property and sustainability and leads the 51 Sustainability and Energy department, based in London. This award winning team provide advisory services to clients in the fields of: carbon compliance, environmental ratings and assessments, energy procurement, renewable energy project development and financing, energy infrastructure for major property developments, energy‐related acquisitions and disposals.
David is Chair of the Built Environment Platform of Climate KIC, Europe’s largest public‐private innovation partnership focused on climate change.
David speaks regularly at conferences and has numerous published articles and papers.
