Charlie is a Partner and the Head of the Specialist Property Investment team with over 18 yearsā of experience in the commercial property market. He has extensive experience in operational long income sectors which include hotel, healthcare, automotive, student accommodation and data centre properties throughout the UK.
Charlie currently focuses on investment transactions, development funding, operator selection and development advisory across all of these specialist sectors. His client base includes a number of UK Pension Funds, Property Companies, Developers and Private Investors.
