Charles has worked in the Logistics & Industrial market since 1990 over which time he has established an enviable track record, working on major developments like Magna Park, Lutterworth and Central Park, Bristol, as well as a number of large acquisition projects for ASOS, Morrisons, Screwfix/B&Q, MH Star, Harper Collins and Caterpillar.
In 2003, after 16 years at Fuller Peiser, Charles set up C2G Property Solutions Ltd, a niche practice focusing on the large box logistics market.
