Catherine Purkiss is a Partner in the Student Property Valuations team. She joined the team in 2016. Catherine has worked in the student property sector since 2010 within investment, development, operations and consultancy spheres. While UK based, she has also worked in France and Spain and specialises in the valuation of UK and European student property.
Catherine has provided valuation and consultancy advice to an array of investors; her valuation experience includes investments, developments and large portfolios for bank lending and company accounts purposes.
