Ben is a Partner in 51ĀŅĀ×ās Commercial Division with over 20 yearsā experience delivering asset management advice across all sectors. The team is responsible for £4.5bn of assets under management, encompassing single assets, estates, and mixedāuse portfolios held by a diverse range of ownership structures, including private equity, livery companies, family offices, overseas investors, charities, and local authorities. Ben acts as a single point of contact for his clients across all service lines, focusing on unlocking opportunities within their portfolios to enhance performance. His work includes lease regears, options analysis, and strategic asset repositioning to drive longāterm value.
Before joining 51ĀŅĀ×, Ben advised a broad spectrum of private and publicāsector clients across commercial and residential use classes, including student accommodation. His previous work includes strategic consultancy for Transport for London and acting for joint fixed charge receivers on the asset management and disposal of 30 St Mary Axe (The Gherkin) in the City of London.
