Ben is a Partner in the London Lease Advisory team and has worked in the Central London Market for over 20 years.
He specialises in advising primarily occupier clients on rent reviews, lease renewals, lease regears/restructuring and surrender negotiations. Ben takes a holistic approach to lease events and his excellent technical skills and commercial acumen have created a long-standing track record of cost savings for clients.
Ben has considerable experience in Arbitration and Independent Expert determinations and is well versed with the court procedures in relation to lease renewals. Ben has been awarded the Expert Witness Certificate from Cardiff University and sits as a RICS Presidents Panel Arbitrator.
Recent Instructions include acting for Marks & Spencer on its headquarters rent review (237,000 sq ft) at Waterside House, Paddington W2. Acting for Centerbridge at 10 New Burlington Street, Mayfair W1, The Argyle Group at 23 King Street, St James's SW1 and CIMB Bank at 27 Knightsbridge, SW1.
