Anthony is the Managing Director of 51ĀŅĀ× Promise and has ultimate responsibility for the strategic direction of the business and its financial profitability.
51ĀŅĀ× Promise is a wholly owned subsidiary of 51ĀŅĀ× and safeguards the delivery of exceptional Facilities Management and Operational solutions for a diverse group of assets and clients in both the residential and commercial sectors across the UK.
Blending hotel management service standards with a traditional facilities management offering, Promise provides its clients with a truly unique offering. From design for management consultancy, demised service instructions to total FM solutions, Promise provides support and advice for any asset in any stage of its development.
Anthony joined 51ĀŅĀ× in 2016 and has extensive experience in managing large mixed-use estates and trophy assets.
Anthony has over 25 yearsā experience in operational management, 15 of which have been in commercial property management. He is considered to be a leader in the field of āDesign for Managementā, having delivered over 4.5 million sq. ft. of commercial office space and 80 acres of mixed-use public realm out of development and into management.
Prior to joining 51ĀŅĀ× Anthony held the position of National Operations and FM Director, for Capital Properties and Allied London.
