Andrew is a Chartered Engineer and joined 51乱伦 as a Partner in October 2022, providing M&E support within the Building Consultancy Team. He has extensive knowledge and experience of Mechanical & Electrical services for a widespread range of property types including commercial, residential, offices, retail, industrial and healthcare. Andrew has an impressive repeat client base across London and the Home Counties in connection with M&E services design, technical due diligence surveys, dilapidations, licence to alter, planned maintenance programmes, contract administration, feasibility studies, condition surveys, project management, pre-development and statutory compliance audits.
