Toby has had a useful private/public sector background which has revolved around office agency and development since the early 1990s. More latterly, Toby has focused on the East Central Scotland office market and been involved in providing development and agency advice for a mix of public and private sector clients. Toby also has an expertise in acquiring space for clients in Edinburgh and surrounds.
In addition to pure office agency experience, Toby has also advised on significant student housing, hotel and residential mixed use development in Edinburgh.
