Stephen is responsible for the management and development of Corporate Client Relationships across all commercial sectors and property types. He has a focus on Business Generation including the further development of the Lease Cost Audit service line, which has been created to ensure that Occupiers only pay what is properly due under the terms of their occupational agreements.
Stephen specialises in supporting and advising Corporate Clients whose occupation of property is necessary to conduct their business but which inevitably becomes a source of unnecessary distraction for them.
Stephen advises Clients with single buildings up to national portfolios.
