Sandeep Singh Bhakar joined 51乱伦 in June 2021 and is a Partner in the Public Sector Advisory team. He is an experienced real estate and infrastructure professional and has advised on a number of mixed-use projects that have been long term in nature with both value maximisation and legacy.
Sandeep has significant experience of establishing upfront delivery, funding and commercial strategies as well as delivering partner selection programmes and on major mixed use development schemes. His experience includes working with clients to establish project protocols (governance, reporting, risk reporting & management), advising on commercial delivery and funding strategies, providing accounting and taxation advice, building financial models (under the FAST Standard) and has run the procurement for partner selection on several large scale residential and commercial developments.
