Charlie Dugdale is head of Development Partnerships, a service that marries landed interests with development partners to protect legacy, add value and create thriving communities.
Development Partnerships works with landowners and master developers to enable a better development outcome through long-term partnership. They recognise that placemaking occurs over a timeframe that transcends usual business and political cycles and understand that the successful delivery of new settlements and extensions to existing towns and villages require a model that is founded on the making of real communities and long-term custodial responsibilities.
Charlie is a leading spokesperson for the delivery of master planned communities. He led the research that formed the evidence base for the Building Better Building Beautiful Commission. He has recently completed a detailed study of 鈥楳aster Developer Viability鈥�.
