Andrew is a Partner and Head of Regional Residential Investment & Development Valuations. He specialises in the valuation and evaluation of residential development projects and private rented sector investment portfolios. He has had active involvement in many development schemes from conception to conclusion, giving advice on overall mix and layout ready for the open market, together with extensive general practice valuation expertise.

Andrew also has extensive experience in the valuation of private rented residential portfolios and build to rent schemes.

As Regional Head, he has responsibility for overseeing a regional network of Valuers providing a full spectrum of valuation expertise within the residential development and residential private rented sectors.
