Charlie Steele is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and joined 51ÂÒÂ×'s Residential Development team in 2022 after working at Thomas Lister, Seven Capital and GVA.

With over 10 years of property experience in the Midlands region, his responsibilities and expertise are advising on residential developments, site acquisitions and disposals. Charlie’s strengths lie in undertaking development appraisals, advising clients on disposal strategies and identifying development opportunities in addition to advising public sector bodies on regeneration and grant funding.

Charlie has been involved in numerous housing developments during his career, ranging from selling single development plots up to advising on sites that will deliver up to 10,000 new homes.
